Printer keeps showing 'Replace Toner' message after installing the Cartridge - Brother TN-3330/3380/3390

 

Reset process

1) Open the printer front cover and close it back

2) Please wait appears on the display

3) Open the printer front cover

4) "Door open" appears on the display

5) Press  "1"

6) Reset appears on the display

7) Scroll down the menu using arrows and select the cartridge you need to reset

8) Press "OK"

9) "Reset? Yes/No" appears on the display

10) Press "Yes"

11) Close the printer front cover. Now printer is ready for printing.
