Printer keeps showing 'Replace Toner' message after installing the Cartridge - Brother TN-3330/3380/3390

Reset process

 

1) Switch-off the printer

2) Open the front cover

3) Press and Hold the Go button until all the LEDs on the printer control panel light-on

4) Release the Go button

5) Press Go twice

6) Press Go 6 times if you want to reset TN-3330

7) Press Go 7 times if you want to reset TN-3380

8) Press Go 8 times if you want to reset TN-3390

9) Close the front cover. Now the printer is ready for printing.
